Directorate of Strategic Reconnaissance (SY) — external collection: GEOINT (Gokgoz satellite constellation), SIGINT (ground stations, Kulak aircraft, space-based intercept), and HUMINT.

Directorate of Internal Security (ZS) — counter-intelligence, personnel vetting, and embedded Security Commissars (Zrakorza Vorzadalen) from company level upward.

Directorate of Special Operations (KY) — covert action, psychological warfare, and deniable operations aligned with imperial policy.

Grand strategy

Fortress Khaldea (Kaldea Kalesi)

Septenez sea control; denial of hostile power projection against the Khaldean coast and island chains; ability to interdict the three strategic straits if required; integrated homeland air defence; mobile surveillance on land frontiers toward Karaskia and Zvoda.

Uzun Kol (long reach)

Overseas bases and access agreements; carrier and amphibious forces for trade-route protection; TZSZ and economic instruments to limit rival influence abroad.

Principal peer competitor: Yuktobania. Karaskia poses regional instability and internal-security risk.
